This is to put on record the day you came for your first swim aged just over 4 months old.
Many people will be able to recall this date for years to come.
It was at the same time and on the same day England won the Rugby World Cup.
One day in the years to come you may find these photos in a drawer. Your Mum and the girls have earned tremendous respect and affection over the years they have been swimming here as have those at home supporting you all. There is a large group of regular Early Bird swimmers that have watched as you have been making your way into this life. One of these regular swimmers has recently moved on but would have wished to see your first swim and suggested you be given a memento. The dolphin says how it has been such a pleasure to see the youngest smiling face, yours, in the pool this year.
There is an old swimmers saying “Good Swimmers come and go but their hearts go on for ever.”
